It’s known as fritillaria camschatcensis or Kamchatka fritillary. We know it as the chocolate lily, or leopard lily. And this seems to be a banner year for these little flowers that are difficult to spot because of their camouflage color patterns. It’s oh so special when you do spot them, however.
