Ketchum author Sarah Sentilles will speak about the writing process at the 11th Annual Stanley Library Author Luncheon at noon Saturday, Sept. 11.
Sentilles is a scholar of religion and author of such books as “Draw Your Weapons,” which won the 2018 PEN Award for Creative Nonfiction, and “Stranger Care: A Memoir of Loving What Isn’t Ours.” The latter reflects on what she learned about injustice, about making mistakes and about how to love better from fostering a newborn.
The buffet luncheon will be hosted by the Idaho Rocky Mountain Ranch.
Tickets are $35, available in advance from Library Director Jane Somerville at 208-774-2470 or Stanley.id.library@gmail.com
