The Sun Valley Culinary Institute has launched a fun way for Wood River Valley residents to support local restaurants during the pandemic.
The Culinary Institute has created a Passport to Dining, which could win some lucky foodie an overnight stay at Boise’s Hotel 43 accompanied by dinner at Chandler’s.
The passport features 34 restaurants. Diners must dine at a minimum of 16 of those restaurants by Dec. 15 to enter their passport in a drawing. Passports must be returned to the Culinary Institute by Dec. 28. The winner will be announced December 30.
Passports are available at participating restaurants and at the Sun Valley Culinary Institute on Main Street Ketchum.
Simply present the Passport to a participating restaurant when you pay the bill and the restaurant will stamp and date your book.
Participating restaurants include 7 Fuego, A Taste of Thai (Ketchum), Barrio 75, Café Della, China Panda, CK’s Real Food, Cookbook, DaVinci’s, Dang’s Thai Cuisine, DiVine, Enoteca, Glow Juice Bar & Café, Ketchum Grill, La Cabanita, Perry’s, Rasberrys, Shorty’s Diner, Smoky Mountain Pizza, Sun Valley Wine Co., Sushi on Second, Town Square Tavern, The Cellar Pub, The Kneadery, The Pioneer Saloon, The Sawtooth Club, The Smokey Bone BBQ, Village Station, Vintage, Warfield Distillery & Brewery, Whiskey Jacques, WrapCity Café and Zou 75.
