St. Thomas Episcopal Church is teaming up with local musician and yoga instructor Tyia Wilson to offer six nights of Liberation Yoga.

The free event is open to everyone and will be held at 6 p.m. Thursdays beginning tonight--July 9--and extending through Aug. 20, with the exception of July 30. They will be held outside the church on the Labyrinth and front lawn at the church, at 201 Sun Valley Road.

Tyia is a local musician and yoga instructor who bends body, mind, voice and spirit in a unique and deeply moving meditation experience,” said Sara Gorby, director of Children, Youth and Family Ministries for the Church. “Our time in meditation will be focused on understanding, resilience, compassion and healing our community.”
