Those who fail to take the time to be healthy will ultimately have to take the time to be sick.
That’s a motto Dr. James Chappell lives by as he addresses ways to reduce the propensity for disease.
Chappell will discuss “How the Body Works and What to Do When It Doesn’t” during a free talk at 6:30 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, at Ketchum’s Limelight Hotel.
The talk is sponsored by Zenergy Health Club and Spa in partnership with the Limelight Hotel.
“Dr. Chappell is a very knowledgeable and informative health personality who has served tens of thousands of individuals over the course of his career in health and education,” said Ari Drougas, of Zenergy. “This is a free talk meant to help elevate community health and health awareness.”
A retired chiropractic physician, naturopathic doctor, clinical nutritionist, medical herbalist, diabetes researcher and clinician, he spent 10 years as a “lot MD” in Hollywood helping cast and crews of countless film productions stay healthy and on schedule.
He’s been described as the Sherlock Holmes of Medicine for his research to discover what he calls “the cause of dis-ease.”
He created a protocol to slow down, stop and reverse it. And he wrote about it in the book of “A Promise Kept; One Son’s Quest for the Cause and Cure of Dis-Ease.”
“No drug has ever cured anything, although it can sometimes postpone the inevitable,” Chappell says. “We must go back to trusting God and nature.”
