It’s been nearly three months since the last Gallery Walk.
But you can cruise through some new artwork tonight.
The Friedman Memorial Airport is unveiling its latest art display and will throw a reception from 5:30 to 7 p.m. tonight—Thursday, May 30—for artists and art admirers.
Parking is free for those who come to peruse the art—just have your ticket validated at the reception.
This particular exhibit includes numerous pieces from Sun Valley-area galleries like Gail Severn Gallery and Broschofsky Galleries. But it also includes fine art photographs and paintings representing the talented artists in the valley.
The airport switches out art twice a year, with a jury selecting the art that is hung. Local artists are encouraged to apply to have their art considered.
