Hit the slopes under the stars, then dance away 2018 in the Duchin Room.

Sun Valley Resort is throwing a Family Night Skiing Party and Fireworks on Dollar Mountain from 4 to 9 p.m. on Monday--New Year’s Eve.

Cost is $40 for adults and $30 for youngsters 12 and under and includes skiing and riding on Quarter Dollar under portable lights.

Admission also includes face painting, New Year’s Eve party hat decorating, photo booth, bouncy Twister and more.

Step out of your ski boots and into your dance shoes to finish the evening—and the year—off with live New Year’s Eve music and dancing at the Duchin Lounge in Sun Valley Lodge.

Dancing starts at 7 p.m. and runs through 12:30 a.m.

Sun Valley Resort will offer a New Year’s Eve sleigh ride and dinner at Trail Creek Cabin and a six-course prix fixe chef tasting menu at The Roundhouse and The Ram.

And the River Run Lodge is reserved for the annual Bubbly Bash presented by Sun Valley Center for the Arts and Sun Valley Resort. The party starts at 9 p.m., with complimentary bubbles from 9 to 10 p.m.

This year’s theme is “Rock Star,” with guests invite to come dressed in their leather-studded sequined threads.
