Sun Valley Community School’s Wilderness Navigation class will host an orienteering event at 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 11, at the Greenhorn Gulch trailhead.
The event, open to all ages, will challenge participants to find points on a map within 90 minutes using a map and compass.
Participants can choose to undertake the challenge in teams or individually.
Registration will be held from 9:15 to 9:45 a.m. at the trailhead. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be a suggested donation of $5.
