A Sabbath of Peace will be held tonight to remember and mourn the victims of the Tree of Life synagogue in Pittsburgh.
The observance, which is open to the public, will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 9, at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Ketchum.
Rabbi Robbi Sherwin will be joined by the Rev. Mark Inouye of the Presbyterian Church of the Big Wood, the Rev. John Moreland of Light on the Mountains Center for Spiritual Living, Father Justin Brady of Our Lady of the Snows Catholic Church and Georgia Stewart of St. Thomas Episcopal Church.
“We will join together in prayer and song and hope to begin the healing process after a tragedy that has affected people of all faith practices,” said Sherwin, who leads the Wood River Jewish Community.
