STORY AND PHOTO BY KAREN BOSSICK

Check out the home that students built Wednesday when construction students from Wood River High School and Carey School hold an open house at their current job site.

The open house will be held from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 23 at the corner of Winterhaven and Woodside Boulevard.

The students taking part in the Residential Construction program are building their third house on property located in Hailey’s Woodside neighborhood. Once completed, the house will be sold on the open real estate market and the proceeds from the sale will go back to the program.
