Lt. Gov. Brad Little will square off against Paulette Jordan, a former state legislator who is vying to be the first female Native American governor in the United States, six months from now in November’s election.
And Dick Fosbury soundly beat incumbent Larry Schoen for the Democratic nomination for Blaine County Commissioner in the first district. Fosbury, a 1968 Olympic gold medalist and engineer, collected 1,833 votes to Schoen's 784. He will square off against Mick Halverson in the November election.
Jim Williams narrowly beat out Kyle Kunz 1,307 votes to 1,110 for Blaine County assessor.
With 99 percent of the precincts counted, here's a look at the races in a crowded primary:
REPRESENTATIVE IN CONGRESS SECOND DISTRICT (DEMOCRAT)
Blaine County Democrats gave 1,239 votes to Aaron Swisher, who visited the county several times, and 619 to Peter Rickards. Swisher will face incumbent Mike Simpson in the November election.
GOVERNOR
Idahoans cast 71,064 votes (37 percent) for Brad Little, 61.671 (32 percent) for Raul Labrador and 50,153 (26 percent) for Tommy Ahlquist.
Blaine County Republicans cast 605 votes for Brad Little, 368 for Tommy Ahlquist and 153 for Raul Labrador--the top three vote getters among the seven Republicans running for governor.
Idahoans cast 37,831 votes for Paulette Jordan (58.37 percent),
26,048 votes to AJ Balukoff (40.19 percent) and 937 votes to Peter Dill.
Blaine County Democrats cast 1,411 votes for Paulette Jordan, 1,063 for AJ Balukoff and 50 for attorney/farmer Peter Dill.
LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR
Idahoan Republicans cast 49,935 votes (29 percent) for Janice McGeachin, 47,347 (27 percent) for Steve Yates, 25,981 votes (15 percent) for Marv Hagedorn, 25,844 votes (15 percent for Bob Nonini and 24,002 votes (14 percent) for Kelley Packer.
Blaine County Republicans cast 330 votes for Steve Yates, 241 for Janice McGeachin, 157 for Kelley Packer, 136 for Marv Hagedorn and 91 for Bob Nonini among the Republican candidates for the lieutenant governor nomination.
Idahoans cast 51,539 votes (88 percent) for Kristin Collum and 6,860 votes (12 percent) for Jim Fabe.
Blaine County Democrats cast 1,992 votes for Kristin Collum and 191 for Jim Fabe.

Idaho Democrats cast 41,852 (75 percent) of the votes for Jill Humble and 14,100 (25 percent for Joseph J.P. Chastain.
Blaine County Democrats cast 1,470 votes for Jill Humble and 569 for Joseph J.P. Chastain.
STATE TREASURER
Idahoans cast 59,202 votes (37 percent) for Julie Ellsworth, 54,415 votes (34 percent) for Tom Kealey and 47,049 votes (29 percent for Vicky McIntyre.
Blaine County Republicans cast 366 votes for Julie A. Ellsworth, 306 for Tom Kealey and 240 for Vicky J. McIntyre.
SUPERINTENDENT OF PUBLIC INSTRUCTION
Idahoans cast 100,652 votes (59 percent) for incumbent Sherri Ybarra and 70,253 votes (41 percent) for Jeff Dillon.
Blaine County voters cast 544 votes to retain Sherri Ybarra as superintendent and gave 434 votes to Jeff Dillon.
Idaho Democrats cast 48,747 votes (86 percent) for Cindy Wilson and 7,887 votes (14 percent) for Allen Humble.
Blaine County Democrats cast 1,879 votes for Cindy Wilson and 239 for Allen Humble.

Blaine County voters cast 1,214 votes for Roger B. Harris, 580 for David W. Gadd, 517 for Theodore Booth and 258 for Samuel S. Beus.
