The Wood River Land Trust is teaming up with The Chamber to host a family and pet-friendly Business After Hours at the Draper Wood River Preserve from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28.
The BAH was rescheduled from Sept. 21 because the weather promised to be better this week.
There will be tasty treats from the Wood River Sustainability Center and KB’s, as well as beer from Sawtooth Brewery and cornhole games, at the Land Trust’s pavilion next to Lions Park. The park is located near the Big Wood River off Bullion Street in Hailey.
The Land Trust will be taking public feedback and giving an update on the progress of the Hailey Greenway Master Plan. And the Bureau of Land Management will be sharing news about its new regional Travel Plan, which could bring new recreational trails to the south valley.
The Trailing of the Sheep Festival will have booth and, since Draper Wood River Preserve is one of the most popular dog walking spots in the valley, the Animal Shelter of the Wood River Valley will have dogs and cats for adoption.
