Research shows that memory loss, cognitive decline and early Alzheimer’s can be reversed. And certified postural neurologist Dr. Maria Maricich will show you how during two free presentations focused on “Anti-Aging for the Brain.”
The first will be held at 5:15 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15, at Maricich’s office at 131 4th St. East above the Gail Severn Gallery and will be followed by a deck party.
The second will be held at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 24, at Zenergy Health Spa in Ketchum.
Attendees will receive free assessments.
Maricich says there are six major factors that lead to dementia and Alzheimer’s. All six can be corrected. Some of the early signs of cognitive decline are memory loss, fatigue, digestion problems, loss of balance, depression, anxiety and insomnia.
Maricich, a doctor of Chiropractic, has spent the past decade studying Functional Medicine and Functional Neurology, new emerging fields of medicine that endeavor to focus on dysfunction rather than disease in order to use natural means to allow the body to heal itself.
