The Trump Presidency should have its own TV network, since daily there are new developments keeping the American electorate on the edge of their seats.
If you can pull yourself away from the latest updates, you might enjoy Dr. David Adler’s free discussion at 6 tonight—Wednesday, Aug. 2—at Ketchum’s Community Library.
Adler, a constitutional law scholar whose many writings have been read by members on both sides of Congress, as well as the Supreme Court, says the Trump Presidency has no previous model.
It reflects, increasingly, a personal Presidency, he said.
Adler, who has spoken at the library on previous occasions, will talk about the current administration and the rise of personal politics, as well as the Russian investigation tonight.
He will review the first six months of the Trump Presidency, focusing on the evolving constitutional and legal issues surround the administration. He will also review questions concerning the possibility of an indictment of a sitting president, the possibility of a self-pardon, renewed discussion of impeachment and the status of the Russian investigation, including potential obstruction of justice charges.
