Higher Ground is throwing a night of comedy and music tonight to raise funds for local adaptive programs.
The 21+ event dubbed Higher Ground Comedy and Concert Night will start at 7:30 p.m. with the doors opening at 7 p.m. Attendees can enjoy an open bar featuring a selection of wine and beer, along with desserts to satisfy any sweet tooth.
There will be a live performance by Los Angeles-based Comedian Bryson Banks followed by music by Zachariah & the Lobos Riders, a California country group that refers to themselves as “masters of the art of high desert country and freestyle country hip-hop.”
All proceeds from the event will benefit Higher Ground, which provides therapeutic recreation for veterans and for local adults and children through a variety of programs, including adaptive cycling, skiing, fishing and camping.
Tickets are $35, available at https://theargyros.org/. They also will be available at the door.
