The 2nd annual Blaine County Youth Job Fair will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. today—Wednesday, May 10—at the Wood River High School Commons.

Sponsored by The Chamber and Blaine County School District, the free fair is open to interested students, businesses and nonprofits interested in filling job openings for the summer.

The Job Fair allows both the business community and local students to meet and create relationships that can help not only guide future employment but give students a better idea of what professional options are available and what careers in those fields would be like, said Chamber Director Mike McKenna.

McKenna added that The Chamber will offer space for any business or nonprofit interested in participating, even if they can’t make the event in person themselves.
