The Sun Valley Ski Patrol got a little assist this past week from a small crowd of enthusiastic girls who were eager to learn how to take a toboggan downhill, wrap a wrist in a splint and help train the patrol’s avalanche dogs.

It was all part of SheJumps Wild Skills Junior Ski Patrol program designed to acquaint young girls with what ski patrollers do and show them that they, too can one day become a ski patroller, if they choose. Ski along with Eye on Sun Valley’s Karen Bossick to watch how fast these young’uns picked things up in today’s video.
